EUD 8/9 and EUD 10 at Techcollege
A different school day
Would you like a school day where teaching takes place both in the classroom and in the workshops?
At Techcollege you can take EUD 8/9 or EUD 10 – an offer from Aalborg Municipality for those who would like to combine primary school with an introduction to vocational education.
Here you have the regular school subjects such as Danish, mathematics and English, while at the same time trying different subjects and experiencing what teaching can be like at a vocational school.
EUD 8/9 – 8th and 9th grade with variation
In EUD 8/9, the week is divided so that you:
Has school subjects three days a week
Are in workshops and professional rooms two days a week
You will have the opportunity to try different professional areas and experience what it is like to be involved in a professional direction as early as 8th or 9th grade.
It provides variety in everyday life, and can make it easier to figure out what you want to do after 9th grade.
EUD 10 – 10th grade with direction
EUD 10 is part of UAX – Aalborg Municipality's 10th grade center – which has a department at Techcollege.
Here, 10th grade is combined with an introduction to vocational education. You will be involved in bridging different education programs, both at Techcollege and at other vocational schools in Aalborg Municipality. In addition, a week of industrial internship is included.
EUD 10 is for those of you who would like to investigate whether a vocational education could be your path forward.
Opportunity to travel
EUD 10 is part of Techcollege's Erasmus+ project. This means that a group of students goes on a 14-day study trip to Malaga every year with teachers.
Here you will have the opportunity to experience teaching in an international context and gain new experiences.
