Student ambassador corps for the good story of EUD and EUX
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT?
The purpose of "Student ambassador corps for the good story of EUD and EUX" is to work with young-to-young marketing both digitally and physically through an ambassador corps consisting of 22 students from each educational manager area in the EUD and EUX programs. We want to create an ambassadorship among both employees and students, who will be involved in marketing Techcollege as part of their everyday lives. This project focuses exclusively on an ambassador corps consisting of students. The project will uncover how, in terms of marketing, you can work with a student ambassador corps and achieve even stronger collaboration in terms of spreading the good story about our vocational education programs.
The project emphasizes the importance of the role of student ambassadors in conveying positive stories and creating a strong professional identity among students.

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE PART OF THE PROJECT?
The project includes the following activities:
Establishment of a student ambassador corps
Ongoing competence development of student ambassador corps
Ambassadors' participation in events and fairs
Testing, evaluating and adapting the ambassadors' marketing efforts
WHAT ARE THE EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE PROJECT?
The project aims to achieve the following results:
1. Admissions rates have increased to between 20-25% for a youth cohort (baseline measurement of admissions rates, filtered on 18-25 year olds)
2. 33 training agreements have been concluded
3. That we achieve a higher NPS score from our students than the starting point in 2023/2024
4. Concept description and dissemination of positive effects to other vocational schools through Academic Committees and DEG
5. Increased retention, especially of the students in the ambassador corps, but that the effort has a knock-on effect on the rest of the school's students, especially the target group of 18-25 year olds
