More apprenticeships, increased search and quality of agricultural­ education programs

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT?

We want to reduce the number of cancelled training agreements and contribute to improving the quality of the internship part of agricultural training.

WHO IS BEHIND?

The Danish Agricultural Education and AUB have allocated funds from the AUB pool 2021 to projects and initiatives that strengthen apprenticeship support work, search and quality (Tripartite funds).

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE PART OF THE PROJECT?

Through a systematic campaign of visits to masters with students in the first main course, our subject teachers will engage in dialogue with masters about:

Expectations poll about being an apprentice

Follow-up on students' well-being and achievement of academic goals

Professional sparring with masters in relation to internship goals

Sparring with masters about youth culture

WHAT ARE THE EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE PROJECT?

The systematic visit campaign with close follow-up where necessary should result in a reduction in the number of cancelled training agreements and a quality improvement of the internship part of the training.
