Basic CAD - 48926

Goal:

After completing the training, the participant will be able to:

Use the basic functions of the drawing program to draw simple solids with holes and grooves.

Produce and dimension working drawings in 2D from 3D solids and define material types.

Customize and edit solids (measurements on sketch/extrusion) and save the files in different formats (stp, sat, dxf, etc.).

Construct given assemblies from your own or provided part files and import standard components from the toolbox/content center.

Produce working drawings, including exploded views, of assemblies including parts lists and position numbers.

Target group:

The AMU course is a basic CAD course for the design of parts in the metal industry and is aimed at unskilled and skilled operators who have or are looking for work in the metalworking industry. It is recommended that the participant has basic knowledge and skills in measurement technology and drawing comprehension prior to the course. The AMU course can, for example, be used prior to participation in AMU courses in CNC.

The CAD courses are held in an open workshop.

Open workshop are flexible AMU courses that are offered to both employees and unemployed people. Open workshop means that there is the possibility of a flexible start ( starting on Mondays ). The courses run simultaneously at different levels, and the students are taught individually.
