You will learn to:

Compose tapas dishes inspired by Danish cuisine, its ingredients and the Spanish tradition of tapas.

Plan, prepare and serve tapas in appropriate portion sizes for all occasions.

Use sensory tools to develop and refine the meal experience.

Work according to current regulations for food hygiene and self-control in relation to the goal.

 

This course is taught by either Helle Vibeke Madsen or Line Søe Larsen.
