Contents:

With the course, you will gain knowledge and skills that enable you to make classic open sandwiches with a focus on sensory quality.

 

Target group:

The course is aimed at non-skilled workers who have experience in a kitchen or restaurant.

It is recommended that you subsequently take the course 20839 Innovative open sandwiches.

 

Goal:

You gain knowledge that enables you to:

- To describe the classic types of open sandwiches and their accompanying garnishes and decorations.

- To describe the raw material composition, taste, consistency and color in the production of classic open sandwiches.

 

Based on this knowledge, you will gain proficiency in:

- To make classic open sandwiches.

- Working with sensory elements in the production of classic open sandwiches.

- To work according to current regulations for food hygiene and self-control in relation to the goal.
