Internal/external threading on a lathe - 45185

Goal:

Based on DS/ISO drawings, their own operation plan and in-depth knowledge of safety procedures when working on a lathe, participants can perform internal/external thread cutting with turning steel and produce special threads in steel and metals on a conventional lathe.

Participants can specifically perform external/internal threading with an inclined continuous slide, external/internal threading with an equal continuous slide, 55° + 60° triangular thread, trapezoidal thread, flat thread, left-hand thread and double-run thread turning tasks as single pieces and series production.

Target group:

People who have or are looking for work in the metalworking industry.

The machine courses are held in the Open Workshop.

There is the possibility of a flexible start (starting on Mondays). The courses run simultaneously at different levels, and the students are taught individually.
