In the course you will learn to:

Make bread and rye bread with sourdough based on knowledge of sourdough, fermentation, flour types and leavening

Produce large and small loaves of bread, both based on your own mix and traditionally with manufactured leavening

Incorporate knowledge of sensory and nutrition into the development and production of flavorful and nutritious bread
