Marzipan and wreath cake

Contents:

After the training, the participant will be able to plan, produce and product develop cake types and marzipan figures. They will also work on decoration and presentation of the products produced, as well as packaging, storage, etc.

Target group:

The labor market training is aimed at employees (skilled/unskilled) involved in the production of bread, cakes, desserts, chocolate and confectionery.

Goal:

Participants can plan, produce and product develop a wide range of cake types and marzipan figures, as well as assess the quality of raw materials and finished products. Furthermore, participants can be responsible for decoration and set up the manufactured products so that they form a whole. Participants can comply with applicable hygiene regulations and legal requirements, including tax regulations, and can calculate and price the products and guide store staff on packaging and storage.
