Service-oriented guest service

2-day course conducted over 4 Tuesday evenings at 5:00 PM - 8:45 PM

Course content

A good service experience is one of the biggest competitive parameters within the hotel and restaurant industry, and in the course you will gain skills and tools for proper service-oriented service and how the guest's service experience can be optimized.

Target group

The course is basic and is primarily aimed at frontline employees such as hosts/seaters and unskilled receptionists and waiters within the hotel and restaurant sector, who work with service experience when serving guests.

Goal

You will be able to represent the company and appear presentable in guest service. You can serve guests with knowledge of what "good service" is expected to include within the hotel and restaurant industry. You can enter into a positive dialogue with the guest and provide a welcoming service at the level that the company has set. You can identify the guest's needs and guide them in the company's services and products, as well as make up-selling. You can use knowledge of the elements that influence the guest's perception of the company's service to optimize the service experience.
