Here you will learn the following:

To produce a selection of modern cream cakes based on working with different types of bases, creams, fillings, icing shapes and mousse.

Work on flavor development, consistency and decoration techniques based on knowledge of the production of traditional cream cakes.

Use different silicone molds, frames, cooling and freezing methods and comply with applicable hygiene regulations.
