CAM milling (2D) - 47443

Goal:

The participant can construct part geometry in the CAM system using lines, circles and points.

The participant can use the editing options (trim, transform, rotate) to adjust constructed part geometries.

The participant can generate toolpaths, simulate machining and post-process the program for the CNC machine.

The participant can import CAD parts into a CAM program and place them correctly in the coordinate system.

Target group:

The AMU course is a CAM introductory course for machining production in the metal industry and is aimed at unskilled and skilled operators. It is recommended that you have practical experience with production on a CNC milling machine prior to the course and have completed basic courses in measurement technology, drawing comprehension and CNC milling or have otherwise achieved equivalent skills.

The AMU course can, for example, be used prior to or in connection with participation in AMU courses within CNC milling.

The machine courses are held in the Open Workshop.
Open workshops are flexible AMU courses offered to both employed and unemployed people. Open workshops mean that
There is the possibility of a flexible start ( starting on Mondays ). The courses run simultaneously at different levels, and the students are taught individually.
