Clamping methods, turning - 45181

Goal:

After completing the training, participants can, with a view to precision concentricity, perform boring and 2nd operation workpiece clamping in soft jaws in a 3-jaw centering chuck and then face/longitudinal and shoulder turning as well as routering workpieces with and without quill support on a conventional lathe.

In addition, participants can check and quality-determine the dimensions and geometry tolerances (roundness and runout) of the finished items according to DS 806 - 807. Finally, participants can perform daily cleaning, lubrication and maintenance.

Target group:

People who have or are looking for work in the metalworking industry.

There is the possibility of a flexible start (starting on Mondays). The courses run simultaneously at different levels, and the students are taught individually.
