CNC milling, 4-axis machining/programming - 47417

Goal:

The participant can independently plan a specific production process on a CNC milling machine based on working drawings(s) and prepare setup instructions (setup cards) and control specification sheets. Furthermore, the participant can prepare, test, troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs for milling complex workpieces with 4 axes, which include spiral milling, gear milling and hole patterns on a rotating 4th axis. Finally, with knowledge of basic 4th axis milling techniques, the participant can mill keyways, keyways (two surfaces) and hexagons and measure workpiece zero points via dialogue using a probe.

Target group:

The AMU course is aimed at non-skilled operators and skilled workers in the metal and mechanical industries who have experience with CNC milling. It is recommended that participants have prior experience in programming, setting up and producing on CNC milling machines and have experience with understanding drawings, tolerance specifications and control measurements before the course starts.

The machine courses are held in the Open Workshop.
Open workshops are flexible AMU courses offered to both employed and unemployed people. Open workshops mean that
There is the possibility of a flexible start ( starting on Mondays ). The courses run simultaneously at different levels, and the students are taught individually.
