Programming and optimization of welding robot

Contents:

In connection with a production process, the participant can independently perform welding with an industrial robot and produce and optimize robot welding programs.

Target group:

Persons who meet the provisions of the AMU Act on target groups have access to the training. The training target is primarily aimed at unskilled and skilled employees who work in companies where industrial robots are used.

Goal:

With knowledge of different welding methods and processes as well as the welding robot's various functions and parameters, the participant can independently produce welding programs, take into account tensions and throws, and assess, edit and optimize the welding programs in connection with the elimination of program and welding process errors. The participant has knowledge of the manufacture and use of welding fixtures and can independently perform welding with an industrial robot in connection with a production process while complying with requirements for the working environment and safety. Furthermore, the participant can, based on given requirement specifications, assess the quality of the completed welding process, and finally, the participant can perform daily systematic maintenance of the robot and its welding equipment.

The welding courses are held in an open workshop.

Open workshops are flexible AMU courses offered to both employed and unemployed people. Open workshops mean that

There is the possibility of a flexible start. The courses run simultaneously at different levels, and the participants are taught individually. The training is completed when the individual participant meets the training goals.
