Contact us for further details on how to arrange this course.

Contents:

The participant can create welding programs with relevant welding parameters (welding current, wire and feed speed, gun angle and oscillation).

Target group:

Persons who meet the provisions of the AMU Act on target groups have access to the training. The training target is primarily aimed at unskilled and skilled employees who work in companies where industrial robots are used.

Goal:

The participant, based on TIG/Plasma welding process specifications and drawings as well as knowledge of material types, welding methods and feed techniques, produces welding programs with relevant welding parameters (welding current, wire and feed speed, gun angle and oscillation). The participant acquires knowledge of filler materials and process gas and can run the programs on a welding robot mounted with TIG/Plasma welding equipment in a safe and environmentally correct manner. Finally, the participant can perform quality control of welds.

The welding courses are held in an open workshop.

Open workshops are flexible AMU courses offered to both employed and unemployed people. Open workshops mean that
