Organization and management
At Techcollege, we have entered into a company agreement, which means that the collaboration and working environment work is combined in a Main Collaboration Committee (HSU).
The collaborative organization is structured in three levels:
Main Cooperation Committee (HSU), where the overall guidelines for cooperation and working environment are discussed and planned for the entire Techcollege.
Local Cooperation Committee (LSU). An LSU has been established for each directorate area at Techcollege. The LSU consists of representatives of the professional organizations, elected occupational health and safety representatives and managers. The LSU discusses, plans and manages cooperation and occupational health and safety for all main areas at Techcollege.
TRIO, which is established locally for each department and consists of the head of the department, the shop steward and the occupational health and safety representative and in some cases also an employee representative. TRIO focuses on close cooperation and concrete local efforts in relation to the physical and psychological working environment.
